Our proposed 2026–2030 growth platform

One agricultural business. Multiple opportunities for growth.

EL Giga Farms combines practical poultry production experience with an emerging network of opportunities in livestock, inputs, horticulture, processing and farmer participation.

2026–2030 growth outlook · Future capacity targets

01 / Farming sites

Abutia and Hodzo: complementary production hubs.

Abutia is the established production base. Hodzo is envisaged as a second hub for larger poultry operations, goats, horticulture and processing infrastructure.

EXISTING SITE + PLANNED EXPANSION

Abutia Adegblevi

30,000Target layer flock
10,000Target broilers per month

Existing poultry experience and infrastructure support an expansion proposition covering layer production, broiler cycles and farm-input capabilities.

PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT SITE

Hodzo

40,000+Target layer flock
10,000Target broilers per month

Hodzo development plans also include a commercial goat enterprise targeting 1,000 animals and a proposed processing plant with a rated capacity of 500 birds per hour.

The two sites together have a long-term target of more than 70,000 layers and 20,000 broilers per month. These targets are separate from the farm’s historically reported capacity of 45,000 birds and remain subject to project development and financing.

02 / Value chains

Revenue flows across the agricultural value chain.

Our poultry operation generates product sales; proposed livestock, feed and processing services would add distinct income streams as each project becomes viable.

01

Poultry & eggs

Flock management produces eggs and chicken; grading, dispatch and sales collections complete the farm-to-buyer cycle.

02

Goats & meat

The proposed Hodzo herd would supply live animals and meat buyers through livestock rearing, finishing and sales.

03

Feed & inputs

Feed inputs move through sourcing, milling and flock use; planned commercial capacity would supply external farms.

04

Processing & cold chain

Proposed third-party and own-farm bird volumes would flow through processing, chilled handling and service billing.

03 / Horticulture & producer partnerships

From buyer requirements to market delivery.

The proposed bird’s eye chilli and Legon 18 supply chain connects buyer specifications, company and outgrower production, produce checks and market settlement.

01Buyer specificationProduct type, grades, quantities, packaging and delivery windows form a commercial buyer brief.
02Production allocationCrop plans assign intended supply to company cultivation and participating growers.
03Quality & aggregationHarvested lots are graded, traced and assembled for buyer-approved dispatch.
04Delivery & settlementJUKO or other contracted partners coordinate delivery and agreed payments.

International buyer relationships and export certifications remain prospective rather than established commercial commitments.

04 / Resource efficiency

Livestock nutrients supporting crop production.

The proposed manure pathway connects collection, controlled treatment, testing and crop-specific application, with field costs and soil outcomes monitored.

Manure collectionSafe treatmentNutrient testingCrop application

This opportunity relates to soil fertility; effective crop protection remains necessary. Potential fertiliser savings depend on tested nutrient content and crop requirements.

05 / Markets & partnerships

From producer supply to buyer settlement.

EL Giga supplies farm output; separately operated JUKO Foods connects buyers, producers, delivery and payment arrangements. Export market development remains prospective.

Investment and commercial partnerships

EL Giga welcomes investment and strategic relationships spanning farm expansion, feed, processing, horticulture and commercial market access.
